Many changes have been brought about by text-based GenAI tools like ChatGPT and the many similar tools produced since its release. Those teaching in higher education have certainly had to contend with the changes that these tools have brought. In the hopes of supporting faculty as they face teaching in the age of AI, a GenAI and Teaching Toolkit has been created for faculty.

To check out the toolkit, visit the site Generative Artificial Intelligence and Teaching. You can see the main elements of the toolkit from this site. These elements include faculty guides, tips for getting started with GenAI, and links to other Penn State resources.

The faculty guides focus on the following topics:  Classroom Conversations about AI, Addressing Learning Challenges with AI, and Academic Integrity and AI. These guides were meant to give faculty a starting point.

After reviewing the guides or other elements of the toolkit, we’d be happy to have a consultation with you. Visit the CEI Personalized Consultation site to schedule with us.
